Beginning at twilight under dark cover of the new moon, ephemeral patterns of projected light will dance like fleeting synapses in consciousness upon the monumental sculptures, majestic woodlands and studio of KOAC. Light will flow, refract and illuminate in myriad patterns, tapping into something almost primordial for those who are there to bear witness. Is it we who are seeing the patterns being created, or are we creating them through our seeing?

Through strategically placed theatrical lights, canvas surfaces and other elements, artists from Luminos.space collective will craft a one-night-only experience at KOAC, where the sculptures and surroundings become instruments of light… it is the first time that KOAC will be illuminated like this and it is not to be missed!
There will be opportunities to wander and explore the spontaneous projections between the elements from different angles and perspectives… not to mention the fun to be had in capturing the moments and patterns in your own photos and videos. (Your phone’s flashlight might also be handy for navigating the way back to your car!)
Be sure to bring your warm down jackets for this nighttime outdoor experience, and we’ll offer you a hot non-alcoholic beverage and snack to help keep you comfy too, while you enjoy this spectacle of Art (and Light) in Nature!
