The safety and well-being of our community, including our loyal volunteers and dedicated artists who make our existence possible is of the utmost importance to us at the Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre and Sculpture Park. Given the rapidly changing environment surrounding COVID-19, we have decided to temporarily close the centre until further notice, following the advice of authorities.

We want you to know we are available online, either through our website or by contacting us directly at  communications@koartscentre.org.

We remain positive and hopeful that the situation improves quickly, and send our love and support to all those affected. Warmly,

Katie and Harry and all the KOAC team.

From our Patrons

Thanks to everyone who has supported and keeps supporting KOAC.

We wouldn’t be here without you.

“The Kiyooka Ohe Arts Center has heart and soul and it comes from the two iconic founders. Katie Ohe and Harry Kiyooka are Calgary Arts royalty who have taught, mentored, curated, wrote, painted and sculpted Calgary’s contemporary art scene. Meeting them is an honour and a memory to be treasured.”

Deborah Herringer

Director, Herringer Kiss Gallery

“My wish is for KOAC to accomplish everything they set out to do for the future of Calgary & culture. Katie and Harry have all the knowledge necessary to provide a home for excellent examples of art.”
